It definitely helps you get through a workout when you have a great group of people with you, who are aiming for the same goals!

Lianne keeps telling me to forget what the scales say!

I know my body shape and I know that when I look at myself, I am in better shape!

When you keep pulling up your jeans, you know you are on the right track, the scales do not give you the complete picture.

Good Support Network


The correct support around you will work wonders!

If you have a group of friends who are happy to make bad food choices then you will slip into the same lifestyle.

Since I joined up with The Celebrity Circuits group and my Bounce class, I have surrounded myself with the right group of people.

The right support network will guide you to make better eating choices and will actually make exercise enjoyable.
