Unhealthy Chick Confession | Time To Get Back To My Healthy Self
So……I have a confession to make over the last couple of months
Ok, ok maybe since cruise!
I’ve been more of an “unhealthy” chick rather than a “health” chick.
The Return Of The Bad Eating Habit
My bad eating habits have kicked in again, and the promises of tomorrow will be the day to kick start the exercise routine and healthy eating seem to always be put back to “tomorrow”
….well, tomorrow never seems to happen.
Not this week. anyway!
With about 6 Xmas dinners lined up in December (not including Xmas day itself), I need to be on it this month so I can let go and enjoy myself during the festive period.
Making The Diary Clear For A Health Kick
So, I’ve ensured the diary is clear and I have evenings free, to not only attend Celebrity Circuit’s classes, but to also make myself something healthy to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner rather than grabbing something rubbish on the go!
I plan to increase my intake of fruit, vegetables and drink plenty of water too and dum dum dum….
Cut out my beloved daily lunchtime can of fizz.
After attending Monday nights spin class, it brought to my attention how unfit I had got.
Not only did that top I bought three years ago fit me again like a glove, I struggled through the 45 minute class and worked up a proper sweat.
At the end of it though, I felt good that I’d shown up and pushed myself to turn the resistance up on the bike and pedal faster.
So Thursday, will be indoor circuit training!
Saturday HIIT and Sunday outdoor circuit training.
I can honestly say I am looking forward to all of them, no more slacking from me!
I’m back on it and ready to get this body back on track!
